Please note that Argyle Executive Forum's Events and Dinners are by invitation only. All attendees must be pre-registered for a particular meeting and no onsite registration is permitted.

Please have any marketing materials arrive at the event venue no earlier than December 12, 2017 and no later than December 13, 2017

Shipping Information:

  • To ensure that materials arrive on the meeting premises, all packages should include the venue liaison and event name, as noted below.
  • Please bring the appropriate shipping labels if you expect to return any materials to your office.
  • Argyle is not responsible for the tracking of any shipments.
  • Any materials that are to be shipped back to you should be sealed and labeled appropriately. They will be brought from the exhibit area to the appropriate pick-up area.
  • It is the responsibility of the exhibitor to schedule a pick-up of materials with the delivery service (Fed Ex, UPS etc.), as there are not regular pick-ups scheduled at the venues.
